What is your typical lead time for custom orders?
Most projects land between 8-12 weeks depending on scope and finish complexity. This includes sampling, approval, and production time.
What is the MOQ for project lighting?
MOQ varies by product type and complexity. For standard customization, typical MOQ is 15-30 units. We confirm after reviewing drawings and specs.
Can you match finishes or provide samples?
Yes. We provide finish samples and physical mock-ups before production. Color matching is available for most metal and painted finishes.
What files do you need to start a quote?
CAD drawings (preferred), inspiration images, quantities, specifications, and target delivery date. The more detail you provide, the more accurate our quote.
Do you handle electrical standards for different countries?
We support UL, CE, and region-specific wiring requirements on request. Our engineering team can adapt designs to meet local codes.
Can your team customize control protocols?
Yes. Our development team can define dimming curves, control logic, driver requirements, and protocol mappings for DALI, 0-10V, TRIAC, DMX, PWM, Tuya, and project-specific systems.
How do you manage quality control?
QC runs at incoming material inspection, in-process checks (multiple stages), and final inspection before packaging. We provide QC reports on request.
